WASA Achieves Historic 90 Percent Revenue Recovery Target Under MD Directions, Field Teams Mobilized for 100 Percent Target

Faisalabad 1 Oct (DIGITAL ITLA) Under the directives of Managing Director WASA Saqib Raza, WASA has achieved a 90 percent revenue recovery target for the first time in its history, while instructions have been issued to keep field teams actively mobilized to reach a 100 percent recovery rate. A special revenue recovery meeting was chaired by MD WASA Saqib Raza, attended by Deputy Managing Director Admin Shoaib Rasheed, Director Finance Muhammad Arif Siyani, and Revenue Directors Shehryar Hasan, Muhammad Iqbal Malik, and Umar Iftikhar, among others.

During the meeting, it was briefed that WASA Faisalabad's revenue recovery teams secured a historic milestone in September by capturing 90 percent revenue recovery for the first time in the institution's history. MD WASA Saqib Raza lauded the services of the revenue officers and teams, urging that recovery teams remain fully active and that the commercial consumer base be expanded to hit the ultimate 100 percent recovery goal. He also appealed to consumers to clear their monthly bills and dues on time to ensure the further improvement and quality of water supply and drainage services.
