Faisalabad 14 Oct 2026 (DIGITAL ITLA): Regional Police Officer (RPO) Faisalabad Inam-ur-Rehman Malik has assured the local business community that comprehensive security protocols will be enforced on a priority basis to safeguard industrialists and traders across the division.
He expressed these views during his official visit to the Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FCCI), where he was received by FCCI President Arif Ehsan Malik, Vice President Muhammad Yaseen, former presidents, and executive board members.
During the meeting, the FCCI President briefed RPO Inam-ur-Rehman Malik on the chamber’s initiatives, regional commercial developments, and security issues facing the business community, reaffirming full institutional cooperation with law enforcement agencies.
Addressing the forum, RPO Inam-ur-Rehman Malik emphasized that fostering a peaceful and safe environment for business activities remains a core priority for the police administration. He stated that police patrolling across commercial hubs, markets, and industrial zones would be intensified to curb crime and protect business assets.
Highlighting the economic contribution of industrialists to social stability, RPO Inam-ur-Rehman Malik pledged the optimal utilization of police resources for their security. He later inspected the Police Khidmat Markaz operating within the FCCI premises to evaluate public service delivery. The visit concluded with the presentation of an honorary shield to the RPO by the FCCI President.
