Faisalabad Commissioner Dr. Imran Hamid Sheikh Visits Sewerage Areas, Reviews Drive to Remove Cattle

FAISALABAD, Sept 29 (DIGITAL ITLA) — Commissioner Faisalabad Dr. Imran Hamid Sheikh visited various areas with ongoing sewerage schemes and reviewed briefings regarding the implementation of the ongoing drive to remove cattle from urban limits.

During his visit, he instructed that the campaign to drive livestock out of city limits should be continued with full legal force, and civil society committees should be established in these areas. He also met with residents of Rashidabad and other localities to inquire about the removal of cattle.

The local residents appreciated the initiative to clear cattle from urban areas, noting that their presence causes foul odors, the spread of various diseases, and the clogging of the sewerage system. They thanked Commissioner Faisalabad Dr. Imran Hamid Sheikh for launching this campaign.
