PCRWR sets up free water testing camp at Govt Municipal Graduate College Jaranwala Road; facilitates BS Chemistry research

Faisalabad 13 Oct 2026 (DIGITAL ITLA): Promoting public health awareness and academic research collaboration, the Pakistan Council of Research in Water Resources (PCRWR) Faisalabad established a free water testing camp at Govt Municipal Graduate College, Jaranwala Road.

During the camp, technical experts tested drinking water samples collected from various college fixtures as well as residential water samples brought in by students to analyze chemical purity and safety standards. This initiative directly complements the academic curriculum of BS Chemistry students, offering practical exposure to water quality research and laboratory analysis methodologies.

Principal Dr. Abdul Rehman extended his gratitude to the PCRWR research team for facilitating students and faculty, emphasizing the importance of collaborative academic initiatives in advancing practical scientific education.
