'Operation Shaban' by Pakistan Army, FC, and Balochistan Police: 13 More Terrorists Killed
(Digital Itla) During the last 24 hours, 13 more Kharijites (terrorists) were killed in "Operation Shaban," a joint action conducted by the Pakistan Army, Frontier Corps (FC), and Balochistan Police.
According to security sources, the death toll of terrorists in Operation Shaban has now reached 39. Prior to this, security forces had sent 26 Kharijites from the Fitna al-Khawarij group to hell on July 6 and 7. The dragnet against the terrorist outfit has been tightened further across difficult, mountainous terrains during this operation.
Security sources stated that multiple actions against Fitna al-Khawarij are ongoing through both ground and aerial operations. In a separate incident this morning outside of Operation Shaban, a terrorist attack on a police station in Khuzdar Zeidi was successfully repelled. In a swift retaliatory action by the Army and FC troops, 8 terrorists were reportedly killed. Additionally, 5 to 6 more terrorists are reported to have been killed during helicopter operations. Since July 5, a grand total of 75 terrorists have been eliminated across Operation Shaban and other intelligence-based operations.
Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi paid rich tribute to the security forces for their successful operations against the Kharijites. He stated that the entire nation stands united to eliminate the terrorists of Fitna al-Hindustan in Balochistan, and the public stands shoulder-to-shoulder with the security forces to eradicate terrorism.
