Lahore: Mysterious Death of a Student at a Tuition Center

(Digital Itla) A major development has emerged in the mysterious death of a 10-year-old innocent female student who attended a tuition center in the Ichhra area of Lahore. The post-mortem report has been released, revealing that the cause of death was hanging.

Following the autopsy, the body of the 6th-grade student was handed over to her relatives. The preliminary report highlighted the following findings:

• The student's death was caused by suffocation due to a noose around her neck.

• A clear rope mark was present on her neck.

• The preliminary report found no signs of torture or physical assault on her body.

Sources state that the final cause of death will be determined only after the detailed report from the forensic and chemical examiners is received. Meanwhile, the police have sent fingerprints and DNA evidence collected from the crime scene to the forensic laboratory.

The tragic incident occurred when the 10-year-old girl went to her tuition center in Ichhra. During class, she went to the restroom. When she did not come out even after 10 minutes, the administration broke open the door and found her body inside.

The victim's father shared, "Two more of my daughters also study at the same tuition center. I received a call from the center informing me that my daughter had fainted. When I rushed there and ran to the hospital with her, the doctors examined her and told me she had already passed away before reaching the hospital."

The police have labeled the incident highly suspicious and have expanded the scope of the investigation to explore suicide, murder, and all other possible angles. Taking action, the police have detained the landlord of the tuition center's building for questioning and have seized all CCTV footage from the scene and its surroundings. Police sources claim that according to initial information, the deceased student had allegedly attempted suicide once in the past as well; however, the police are evaluating the facts from all angles to clarify the true situation.
