(Digital Itla) Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has been permitted by her doctors to resume her normal schedule following a significant improvement in her health. It is expected that she will take over her official duties from Monday. Sources state that her condition has progressed well, and medical professionals have cleared her to participate in official state business. According to analysts, the Chief Minister underwent surgery a few weeks ago and was advised to take complete rest. Even during her recovery, she continuously monitored state affairs and chaired key government meetings online.
On the other hand, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President and former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has performed Umrah in Saudi Arabia and is scheduled to return to Lahore on Monday. Sources suggest that a high-profile meeting is expected between Maryam Nawaz and Nawaz Sharif upon his arrival to discuss Punjab's administrative matters and the overall political landscape. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is also expected to meet Nawaz Sharif to deliberate on key national political and economic issues.
