According to the Sindh Police, this list includes vehicles that have been sold but have not yet been transferred to the names of the new owners. Authorities stated that vehicles with incomplete ownership records or those whose owners have failed to clear government dues have also been blacklisted. Sindh Police confirmed that the compilation of the blacklisted vehicles' data is complete; such vehicles may be confiscated, and fines may be imposed on the owners. Citizens have been advised to immediately visit the police portal to check their vehicle information and ensure ownership transfer before July 1 if their vehicle is found on the blacklist.
