(Digital Itla) Pre-arrest interim bail has been granted to Saqib Khan, a Member of the Provincial Assembly (MPA) belonging to the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), who is nominated in a harassment case filed by actress Momina Iqbal.
According to details, the Sessions Court Lahore approved the interim bail. Judge Irfan Ahmed Sheikh of the Additional Sessions Court Lahore heard the petition. The prominent legal expert, Advocate Mian Ali Ashfaq, appeared in court representing Saqib Chadhar and presented his arguments. After hearing both sides, the court granted interim bail to the PML-N MPA and restrained the police and relevant agencies from arresting him until June 24. Notably, the NC CIA had registered a case against Saqib Khan on charges of harassing and threatening actress Momina Iqbal, prompting him to approach the court to avoid arrest.
