Peshawar (Digital Itla): "Focus on the responsibilities you have been given; we do not accept anyone else besides Imran Khan," said central leaders as they exchanged a barrage of words. Internal rifts within the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have taken a severe turn, culminating in a heated verbal spat between Chief Minister Muhammad Sohail Afridi and former Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in the parliamentary party's WhatsApp group. Ali Amin Gandapur responded to a message sent by Chief Minister Muhammad Sohail Afridi in the PTI parliamentary party group. Chief Minister Sohail Afridi had stated in the group that certain elements inside and outside the party are weakening the government, to which Ali Amin Gandapur retorted, "Why don't you name them? Why are you delivering dialogues like 'this person' or 'that person'?" Ali Amin Gandapur added, "Mr. Chief Minister, you are not the authority to hand out certificates of treason and loyalty. Prove who stands with Imran Khan and who doesn't through actions, not words." He further stated that the authority to make decisions lies solely with Imran Khan, adding, "You are the one holding secret meetings behind closed doors, yet you are delivering such speeches to others." Ali Amin Gandapur told the Chief Minister to focus on the responsibilities entrusted to him, reiterating, "We do not accept anyone else besides Imran Khan."
