Planning and Preparations for the Official Funeral of Martyr Ayatollah Ali Khamenei

Tehran (Digital Itla): Planning is underway for the official state funeral of Iran’s martyred Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. A historic turnout of the public is expected to attend. According to Iranian media, the official date for the Supreme Leader's funeral will be announced soon, as the final date has not yet been settled. A special committee has been formed for this purpose. Iranian media reports that millions of people are expected to participate once the official announcement is made. The Iranian Supreme Leader was martyred on February 8 in a US and Israeli attack. The funeral ceremony had been postponed due to the wartime and security situation.
