Summer Vacations Announced for Federal Educational Institutions

(Digital Itla) Summer vacations have officially been announced for government educational institutions in Islamabad.

According to the issued notification, all model schools, colleges, and other federal educational institutions in Islamabad will remain closed under the scheduled summer break.

The vacations will begin on May 25, 2026, and continue until July 31, 2026. During this period, all educational activities will remain suspended, while institutions will reopen on August 3, 2026.

Educational authorities stated that the purpose of the vacations is to provide relief to students and teachers during the intense summer heat and to maintain a safe educational environment.

Officials also noted that examination activities and other academic schedules may be adjusted as needed during this period.
