Faisalabad 15 Oct 2026 (DIGITAL ITLA): In alignment with the development vision of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif, Faisalabad Division has achieved a major milestone by approving its first mega project under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) mode. Under this initiative, "Gojra Galleria" will be constructed on 4.5 acres of land in Tehsil Gojra, District Toba Tek Singh, at an estimated cost of PKR 500 million.

The project was officially approved during a meeting of the Divisional Public-Private Partnership Working Party chaired by Commissioner Faisalabad Dr. Imran Hamid Sheikh. Speaking at the occasion, Commissioner Faisalabad Dr. Imran Hamid Sheikh termed the approval a landmark event for the region. He stated that Gojra Galleria will feature world-class amenities including commercial shops, banks, a modern market, a parking plaza, and a dedicated food street, generating substantial opportunities for private investors.

The Commissioner added that similar PPP-based civic welfare and infrastructure initiatives are being expanded to other districts across the division, including a proposed parking plaza in Faisalabad. He commended Deputy Commissioner Toba Tek Singh Maham Asif Malik for formulating this high-impact commercial venture for Gojra.
