Prompt redressal of public grievances to be ensured: CTO Nasir Javed holds open court at CPO Office

Faisalabad 7 Oct (DIGITAL ITLA): Acting on the directives of CPO Faisalabad Tanveer Hussain, CTO Nasir Javed held an open court (Khuli Kachehri) at the CPO Office, where a large number of citizens presented their individual applications outlining various issues.

CTO Nasir Javed listened attentively to the grievances presented by the visitors and issued immediate directives to the relevant officers for their prompt resolution. He made it clear that no form of negligence or delay in addressing public complaints will be tolerated, ensuring that action is taken on all applications on merit and within the stipulated timeframe.

The CTO added that every possible measure is being taken to resolve the problems faced by citizens, emphasizing that the primary objective of holding the open court is to provide unhindered and timely justice to every citizen.
