Major public relief: Commissioner Office Faisalabad launches online hearings for revenue cases to save citizens' time and money

Faisalabad 10 Oct (DIGITAL ITLA): In a major administrative advancement aimed at providing digital convenience to citizens across the region, the Commissioner Office Faisalabad has formally launched an online hearing system for divisional revenue cases.

Announcing the initiative, Commissioner Faisalabad Division Dr. Imran Hamid Sheikh stated that applicants and legal counsel from Jhang, Toba Tek Singh, and Chiniot will no longer need to travel to Faisalabad to attend revenue hearings in the courts of the Commissioner or Additional Commissioners. Instead, litigants can actively participate in court proceedings online directly from the Deputy Commissioner Office of their respective districts.

The Commissioner explained that under this digitized process, parties can also download certified copies of court decisions directly via the Revenue Court Management System (RCMS) application. He highlighted that applicants previously incurred thousands of rupees in travel expenses and lost valuable time commuting to the divisional headquarters. The implementation of this virtual mechanism will ensure substantial savings in both time and financial resources for the public.
