(Digital Itla) Petroleum Minister Ali Pervaiz Malik has announced that OGRA will now determine petrol and diesel prices on a daily basis in accordance with international market rates.
While addressing a joint press conference alongside the Information Minister in Islamabad, the Petroleum Minister stated that the pricing of petroleum products will be managed daily. OGRA will calculate and notify the daily prices.
He further added that the benchmark for the daily price of petrol and diesel will be based on a 7-day average price. This mechanism ensures complete transparency, allowing the public to easily understand how the pricing is determined.
