CPO Tanveer Hussain holds open court to redress public grievances; orders merit-based action within stipulated timeframe

Faisalabad 13 Oct (DIGITAL ITLA): To facilitate direct access to justice and streamline public grievance redressal, City Police Officer (CPO) Faisalabad Tanveer Hussain convened an open court (Khuli Katchery) at his office, where numerous citizens presented applications regarding their law-and-order concerns and police-related matters.

CPO Faisalabad Tanveer Hussain individually listened to the visiting complainants, meticulously reviewed their grievances, and issued immediate operational directives to the concerned police officers and Divisional SPs for prompt legal resolution.

Issuing strict policy guidelines, CPO Tanveer Hussain emphasized that negligence, dereliction of duty, or unexcused delays in resolving public complaints will meet zero tolerance. He directed officers to ensure strict adherence to merit and complete investigations within the designated timeframe. Reiterating the department's priorities, he noted that the objective of holding regular open courts is to eliminate administrative barriers and provide transparent, unhindered justice to every citizen.
