City Traffic Police and Environment Department launch joint operation against smoke-emitting vehicles ahead of smog season

Faisalabad 30 Sep (DIGITAL ITLA) - City Traffic Police Faisalabad, in collaboration with the Environment Department, has intensified operations against smoke-emitting and polluting vehicles ahead of the smog season. Under the supervision of Chief Traffic Officer Nasir Javed Rana, checking of vehicles contributing to environmental pollution is underway.

Chief Traffic Officer Nasir Javed Rana urged vehicle owners to ensure timely servicing and maintenance of their vehicles before the smog season, ensure the proper condition of engines and exhaust systems, and refrain from bringing smoke-emitting vehicles onto the roads. He stated that public cooperation and a responsible attitude are vital to controlling air pollution.
