Annual Seerat-un-Nabi Conference Held in Faisalabad, Emphasis on Character Building of Youth
FAISALABAD (August 19, 2026): The annual zonal Seerat-un-Nabi (PBUH) conference was held at the Municipal Corporation Hall under the auspices of the Auqaf and Religious Affairs Department.
The conference was organized on the theme “Protection, Development and Character Building of the Young Generation in the Light of Seerat-un-Nabi (PBUH).”
Faisalabad Commissioner Dr Imran Hamid Sheikh, Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Nauman Siddiq, Director Administration Auqaf Punjab Muhammad Shakir Sindhu, Assistant Commissioner City Adil Umar, Auqaf Administrator Muhammad Imran Tabassum, Auqaf Manager Shahid Arsalan, Zonal Auqaf Khateeb Maulana Muhammad Aslam Saqi, Maulana Muhammad Riaz Kharl, Yaseen Zafar, Allama Tahirul Hassan, Dr Iftikhar Naqvi and other religious scholars attended the event.
Addressing the conference, Commissioner Dr Imran Hamid Sheikh said love for Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is an essential part of a Muslim’s faith and attending gatherings devoted to his life and teachings is a matter of honour.
He appreciated the Auqaf Department for organizing the conference and said Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH) would be celebrated across Faisalabad Division in a befitting manner.
Other speakers highlighted the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and their importance in protecting, educating and building the character of the younger generation.
The conference concluded with prayers for the progress, prosperity and well-being of Pakistan and the nation.
