Terrorist Ringleader Killed Along With Associates in Intelligence-Based Operation in North Waziristan

(Digital Itla) Security forces achieved a major success during an operation in the Spinwam area of North Waziristan.

In an intelligence-based operation, the highly wanted terrorist commander Khariji Umar alias Jan Mir alias Tor Saqib was killed along with four other terrorists.

According to security sources, a bounty of Rs. 3 million had been placed on Umar alias Jan Mir alias Saqib Tor. The slain militant commander was allegedly the mastermind behind several terrorist attacks on security forces and civilians.

Sources said that Umar alias Saqib Tor had established underground bunkers, tunnels, and explosive traps around the Bobali Mosque area in Spinwam.

Security forces reportedly surrounded the militants through a coordinated strategy and eliminated them during the operation.

Officials stated that the killing of the militant commander is considered a major setback for Fitna al-Khawarij militants and is expected to help restore peace in the region.
