Faisalabad 12 Oct (DIGITAL ITLA): According to the Directorate of Public Relations Government of Punjab Faisalabad, Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Faisalabad conducted a specialized workshop to evaluate water supply and sewerage service delivery. During the session, UNICEF representative Dr. Masroor introduced standardized Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tailored for WASA authorities across Punjab.

The workshop was attended by Deputy Managing Director Operations Farhan Akram, Director I&C Shahryar Hassan, Director GIS Punjab WASA Samreen Ashraf, along with senior WASA officials representing Faisalabad, Toba Tek Singh, Jhang, and Chiniot districts.

Addressing the participants, UNICEF representative Dr. Masroor explained that the newly established KPIs will facilitate systematic performance monitoring across all WASA bodies. These indicators will continuously log data regarding water supply continuity, sewerage network coverage, public complaint redressal efficiency, bill issuance, and revenue recovery operations. He added that implementing these standardized performance metrics will ensure a structured, transparent, and responsive framework across administrative departments.
