(Digital Itla) Sri Lanka has announced free visas for Pakistani citizens to promote tourism and people-to-people contacts.

Sri Lanka’s Consul General in Pakistan, Sanjeeva Pathirage, stated that online visa applications for Pakistanis are being processed within 48 hours. This move aims to strengthen bilateral ties across education, trade, investment, and defense, facilitating easier travel for business visitors, students, and tourists.
