(Digital Itla) Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) has introduced a new service called the 'Sahulat Van' in the Gulistan-e-Johar area of Karachi.
According to a statement issued by SSGC, the 'Sahulat Van' is a mobile customer facilitation unit designed to provide basic gas services directly to customers' doorsteps. This initiative aims to eliminate the need for residents to visit Customer Facilitation Centers for daily grievance redressal and service requests.
The statement noted that the 'Sahulat Van' will assist consumers with services such as resolving gas leakages, low pressure, and faulty meters, handling billing disputes and corrections, printing duplicate bills on the spot, and guiding them on the process of acquiring new connections.
SSGC chose Gulistan-e-Johar to launch this service due to the high volume of complaints and requests received from consumers in that specific locality.
