PTI Leader Abdullah Tahir Murdered; CCTV Footage Surfaces

(Digital Itla) CCTV footage of the suspects who murdered PTI leader Abdullah Tahir in Gulberg, Lahore, has surfaced.

In the footage, the suspects can be seen parking a motorcycle outside the clinic. They wore helmets to conceal their identity. Both shooters, wearing helmets, can be seen entering the clinic.

Police stated that legal proceedings regarding the case are underway.

Abdullah Tahir was murdered today in Lahore when he arrived at a private clinic in Gulberg for a routine check-up.

Family members and family sources confirmed the PTI leader's death, stating that Abdullah Tahir had just left his residence in Gulberg, Lahore, when unidentified motorcycle-borne assailants waiting in ambush opened indiscriminate fire on him.

As a result of the firing, he was critically injured and succumbed to his wounds.

Abdullah Tahir was counted among the prominent political figures of Okara and had contested the provincial assembly election on a PTI ticket in the 2018 general elections.
