(Digital Itla) The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has introduced a special at-home facility for elderly and disabled citizens.
In a statement issued by NADRA, it was urged: Do not worry if visiting a NADRA center is difficult; book an appointment to call a NADRA Biker to your home and complete the processing for an ID card renewal or modification request.
The statement clarified that this facility is currently available in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Taxila, Wah Cantt, Lahore, Karachi, and Hyderabad. For appointments, citizens can contact the helpline at 051-111-786100, or call 1777 for mobile users.
