Immediate redressal of public grievances is our top priority: CPO Tanveer Hussain holds open court

Faisalabad 8 Oct (DIGITAL ITLA): CPO Faisalabad Tanveer Hussain held an open court (Khuli Kachehri) at his office, which was attended by a large number of citizens from across the district. During the session, citizens presented their applications individually, apprising the police chief of their grievances and legal issues.

Listening patiently to the attendees, CPO Tanveer Hussain issued immediate directives to the relevant police officers to take prompt legal action on the applications and ensure the swift resolution of public complaints. He emphasized that the primary purpose of holding open courts is to bridge the gap between the public and police while providing direct grievance redressal.

Tanveer Hussain stated unequivocally that citizens of Faisalabad can approach his office directly without any recommendation or delay. He warned that any form of injustice or avoidable bureaucratic delay in handling public matters will not be tolerated. He reiterated that, in line with the vision of the Chief Minister of Punjab, top-tier service delivery is being enforced across all police stations to ensure timely delivery of justice.
