Groom and Mother Allegedly Assaulted on Wedding Day in Faisalabad; Victims Demand Justice

Faisalabad 30 Sep (DIGITAL ITLA) - A newly married groom, his mother, and two relatives were allegedly subjected to violence on the day of the wedding within the jurisdiction of Ghulam Muhammad Abad police station. According to the victims, they were forced out of a vehicle and beaten, while two of the groom's relatives were also affected by the alleged assault.

The victims stated that they approached the relevant police authorities regarding the incident; however, no legal action has been taken thus far. They have appealed to the RPO Faisalabad and CPO Faisalabad to take notice of the incident, initiate action against the responsible individuals in accordance with the law, and ensure justice. The police version, once received, will be incorporated into the report.
