FAISALABAD, Sept 29 (DIGITAL ITLA) — A special central court in Faisalabad has sentenced a human trafficker to four years in prison and imposed a fine of Rs 300,000 for defrauding a citizen of Rs 900,000 under the pretext of sending him to Spain, court officials said.
Special Judge Central Shamshad Ali Rana announced the verdict in case C-47/2021 after the prosecution successfully proved the charges against the convict, identified as Attaullah.
According to court records, the convict collected Rs 900,000 from the victim by fraudulently promising to arrange a visa and employment opportunities for him in Spain.
