Commissioner Faisalabad Visits Social Security Hospital, Demands Record of OPD Patients' Illnesses

FAISALABAD, Oct 2, 2026 (Digital Itla): Commissioner Faisalabad Dr. Imran Hamid Sheikh has directed the administration of Social Security Hospital Madina Town to provide a daily record of the causes of illnesses among working-class patients visiting the OPD, so that inspections can be conducted in the relevant industrial units to prevent factors causing diseases and maintain workers' health. During his visit to the Social Security Hospital Madina Town, he stated that the provision of this record will determine which health hazards exist in which industry, enabling steps to be taken for their eradication. He inquired after the health of patients undergoing treatment in various wards, asking them about the medical treatment and medicines received, and expressed satisfaction. He appreciated the hospital's expansion project from 300 to 400 beds and the availability of state-of-the-art medical facilities.
