Nishatabad police pay ceremonial guard of honor on death anniversaries of martyred constables Abid Ali and Sultan Mahmood

Faisalabad 11 Oct (DIGITAL ITLA): Paying glowing tribute to the valiant officers who laid down their lives in the line of duty, a ceremonial contingent of Nishatabad Police visited the graves of Martyred Constable Abid Ali and Martyred Constable Sultan Mahmood on their death anniversaries, presenting a guard of honor and offering prayers (Fateha).

According to details, Constable Abid Ali embraced martyrdom 8 years ago, while Constable Sultan Mahmood was martyred 27 years ago during violent armed encounters with dacoits while protecting the life and property of citizens. Police squads laid floral wreaths at the martyrs' resting places and offered special prayers for their souls.

Commemorating the occasion, CPO Faisalabad Tanveer Hussain stated that police martyrs are the crown jewel and pride of the department. "Our martyrs sacrificed their present for the public's secure future, and their unparalleled supreme sacrifices will forever remain etched in our national memory," the CPO remarked. CPO Tanveer Hussain reaffirmed that the Faisalabad Police remains fully committed to the welfare, education, and complete support of the martyrs' families and children.
