Under this initiative, top foreign specialist doctors and surgeons will provide free treatment services at government hospitals in Punjab. Additionally, these foreign medical professionals will train local medical staff in modern clinical skills. Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif stated that her administration is committed to providing international-standard healthcare facilities in the province's public hospitals, moving Punjab's healthcare ecosystem closer to global standards and addressing the shortage of specialist doctors.
