Law and order review: CPO Tanveer Hussain chairs Jaranwala Circle crime meeting, directs crackdown on criminal elements

Faisalabad 8 Oct (DIGITAL ITLA): CPO Faisalabad Tanveer Hussain presided over a comprehensive crime review meeting with police officers of the Jaranwala Circle at the Community Engagement Center. The meeting was attended by SP Jaranwala Akhtar Ali Venus, DSP Jaranwala, all SHOs of the circle, and other senior officials, focusing on the district's security situation and crime control measures.

During the session, CPO Tanveer Hussain reviewed the prevailing law and order situation and issued directives to formulate robust strategies for curbing dacoity, robbery, and other violent crimes. He stressed that suspects in under-investigation cases must be arrested swiftly and pending cases expedited.

The CPO instructed field officers to map crime hotspots and ensure targeted surveillance and patrolling in vulnerable areas. He ordered an intensification of targeted raids to apprehend proclaimed offenders and court fugitives. Reaffirming departmental priorities, he emphasized that police personnel must treat all citizens visiting police stations with utmost courtesy and professionalism.
