FAISALABAD: 6 Oct (Digital Itla)--- A high-level meeting was held on Tuesday under the chairmanship of Additional Director General Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) Qaisar Abbas Rand to review departmental performance, service delivery, and progress on public applications, acting on directives from Director General FDA Muhammad Asif Chaudhry.
The meeting focused on scrutinizing pending cases and resolution timelines for applications received through the One-Window Counter, e-Khidmat Markaz, the "e-Biz" Punjab portal, and other digital channels. Relevant officers briefed the chair on departmental actions taken thus far.
Additional DG Qaisar Abbas Rand strictly instructed officials to complete all citizen requests within prescribed deadlines, emphasizing that unnecessary delays will not be tolerated. He ordered regular monitoring of online portals and urged officers to personally supervise workflow efficiency to ensure transparent and prompt relief to the public. He highlighted that modern technology is being leveraged to make FDA’s service delivery more efficient, citizen-friendly, and transparent.
The meeting was attended by various departmental officers, including Junaid Hasan Munj, Asma Mohsin, Asim Mahmood, Yasir Ejaz Chattha, Adnan Shahzad, Afzal Ansari, Abdullah Noor, Usman Ramey, Khushnood Ahmed, Muhammad Bilal, and other relevant staff members.
