FAISALABAD: 6 Oct (Digital Itla)----Police have arrested a suspect who allegedly murdered his brother-in-law using heavy chains following a domestic dispute, police spokesperson said on Tuesday.
According to details, the suspect, Azam, held a grudge against the victim, a citizen named Bhola, over alleged mistreatment of his sister. Harboring resentment, Azam attacked the victim with chains, inflicting fatal injuries that resulted in his death.
SHO Factory Area (Khurrianwala) Police Station Muhammad Atif led the operational team that successfully apprehended the suspect, Azam. Police have initiated further legal proceedings against him.
CPO Faisalabad reiterated that murderers and lawbreakers will not be tolerated under any circumstances and will face the full force of the law.
