Faisalabad 30 Sep (DIGITAL ITLA) — Faisalabad Police Uncover Blind Murder of 18-Year-Old Girl by Her Father

Faisalabad police have solved the blind murder case of an 18-year-old girl in the jurisdiction of City Tandlianwala police station, revealing that the victim was murdered by her own father over suspected illicit relations.

According to details, the victim, Anam, had been reported missing by her family. During the investigation, SHO City Tandlianwala Ahmad Munil Shah grew suspicious of the circumstances surrounding the case and initiated a deeper inquiry, which exposed the true facts.

Police investigations revealed that the girl’s father, Azhar Iqbal, suspected that his daughter had relations with a young man. Harboring a grudge, the cunning accused allegedly administered a poisonous or intoxicating substance to his daughter and subsequently strangled her to death. To cover up the crime, he disposed of her body in a nearby abandoned well and deliberately framed the young man and his family in a staged kidnapping case.
