(Digital Itla) Pakistan has nominated Ali Asad Gilani as its new ambassador to China, replacing Khalil Hashmi after his three-year tenure. Gilani currently serves as Additional Secretary (Asia-Pacific) at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and previously served as Ambassador to Uzbekistan and Additional Secretary (West Asia).
